The property is a little old and rooms a little outdated. However their winning points are their staff, service and location. What you miss in terms of luxurious room, you get more out of the location and the sprawling property greens outside the room. The beach adjacent to the property is pristine with clean sand. Fairly good for families as it’s not crowded. I’ll come back again to this property mostly because of one reason - their service manager Isha. She was highly professional, extremely diligent and made us feel like home. All our requests were catered to in the most time efficient manner. She made the stay extra special by looking up my birthday on the ID and getting us a cake and a fun decoration in the room - which my toddler thoroughly enjoyed. She was an efficient leader for their staff crew with impeccable hospitality skills!

The flat is very well maintained and easily accessible. The location is a plus point as it's near to the airport and hardly takes 10 min to reach. We had a short stay in woods but we were very happy to find this place and sleep in a comfortable bed. The cottage was new and clean and had everything we needed. The owner Bareto was super welcoming and help as so much to feel like home. It is a very nice and quiet area, even for being next to the airport. Has just few rooms which make it more cosy and familiar. Walking distance to the beach. Very much recommended :)
