The main thing i look for when booking any of my stays is that the washroom is extremely clean with no signs of infestation. Being a newly opened stay, Casa Coutinho thoroughly ticked that box. The location is also extremely convenient with having the Mall just a few minutes walk away, same with the supermarket and small line of restaurants. The rooms are quite spacious which includes a fridge, kitchen sink and a tv with netflix youtube etc ready to use. Finally, big thanks to Mr Uday for taking such lovely care of us😊

This place is a unique and tranquil gem. The design is airy and spacious, the vibe is elegant and super caring, very clean. The property is beautifully cared for with lots of lovely plants. Each room is different and separate from the other, no common walls, so extremely quiet. There is a swimming pool. The peaceful location at the water's edge is a long walk to shops and any type of restaurant, but there is a communal kitchen with a stove & fridge at your disposal, as well as a dining and sitting area. I ordered food via an app and it was problem free. The water pressure was excellent, as was the AC, the wifi was good and the décor was thoughtful and original. Jane was very attentive and gracious, as was her staff. If you like being away from it all, this is the most relaxing place! I plan on going back! Thank you.

Clean rooms, comfortable stay, good Ac and wifi. Acceptable for deal we got. We had some work in porvorim so easy for us to move around. Staff is cooperative, they tried their best to help us. Need more training and polishing. Good this is parking is available for the car. Passable.

We didn't opt of buffet breakfast . so can not comment on spread or taste. But al-a-cart breakfast & dinners that we took in the room was excellent. Location was convenient. The best part was that the availability of lift at basement car park level. This was convenient for luggage as well as our pet.

Best thing about the hotel is they keep in touch with you constantly till you check in. But once you reach hotel the whole experience changes, the rooms are not at all pleasant, feels creepy and not at all worth for the money you pay. There is a decent parking place for the car though.

First of all last 2 year after covid some hotel are fake in booking.com but hotel casa de patio is genuine and existing there. I'm so happy because it is better than my expectation*. This hotel is not only so good its COol. Staff are so polite and good behaviour & helpful. Room is clean and everything work like ac,fan etc. Parking spaces are good or best of things location... Damm good. My GOA TRIP was best because i had this hotel. Thank you HOTEL CASA DE PATIO AND BOOKING.COM.
