Arrived pretty late so was able to grab food downstairs. Never bothered by the noise or smell of the takeaway. Great tv and couch. Shower was brilliant. There's a kettle and microwave to do some basic bits and bits supplied to make a cuppa. Lovely view out the back. Parking on the street, it can get busy during with day with day trippers.
