Everything was excellent. The host was extremely generous and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to ensure a pleasant, welcoming stay. The facilities were spotless, comfortable, attractive and spacious. The breakfast was lovely, and the scones were an enjoyable treat. We would recommend this to anyone visiting the area. If we did come back to Ireland this would be a must return destination. The pub over the road was also marvellous.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely accommodation! The owners were incredibly hospitable, even showing us their animals. The highlight was the amazing Irish breakfast served by a window overlooking the garden—it truly made my morning. The house exudes charm and warmth, making my one-night stay memorable. I loved my stay at the Cosy Apartment! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. After I let them know about my work commitments and schedule, Connar would kindly light the stove in advance so that I returned each day to a beautifully warm and cosy space — so thoughtful! The apartment itself was the real highlight: very spacious, well-appointed and equipped with plenty of facilities (though there’s no dishwasher). It was also in a great locatation within easy driving distance of Athlone and other local sites such as Clonmacnoise. Highly recommended!

The owners were very welcoming and friendly. They volunteered twice to drive myself and my boyfriend to the nearest town instead of us calling a taxi. Delicious food, comfortable bed, and a beautiful view outside.
