The entire property was very chill and we were able to relax. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and very spacious. The infinity pool was wonderful and the food was as well. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay here. Maria is genuinely so sweet and kind and she goes above and beyond to make sure you feel looked after and at home. The room was super clean and so big for the price you pay and you get breakfast. Genuinely lovely people, a great location and just a really homely vibe. Absolutely recommend this stay to anyone. I had the most wonderful experience at the Royal Avila during my stay in Lombok. The hotel has a beautiful location with perfect sea views and jaw-dropping sunsets from your balcony. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The restaurant serves a good range of options at breakfast and dinner offers a varied menu too. The quality of the food was excellent and service exceptional. Throughout the hotel, the service was of the highest order. Everyone is happy to see you and greets you with a smile. I booked three trips with the hotel. They were all excellent and gave a good overview of this beautiful island. I used the Spa three times during my stay and was pleased with the treatments and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend anyone who is planning a trip to Lombok to stay at this hotel. The stunning setting, good food and beautiful decor are all impressive. However, it is the level of service received from the staff that is the standout feature. As a frequent traveller who has stayed in hundreds of hotels across the World, I have to say that the service in this hotel was amongst the very best .....if not the best.....that I have ever received. I will certainly be returning on my next trip to Lombok!

Magical atmosphere, out of this world experience, lovely boutique-hotel located in a beautiful bay in Lombok, sea perfect for kayak, snorkeling and swimming. The coral was not exceptional but we saw beautiful fish and turtles a couple of times. We truly enjoyed the close location to the local village which made the experience truly authentic by getting to know the local people and their lives. The hotel is beautifully designed, spacious rooms with lovely interior, big swimming pool and a nice garden. High-end cuisine, though more local Indonesian options would be welcomed. The afternoon tea is a treat! Great spa, more massage choices would be great. Huge thanks to the whole reception team for everything, the driver for our trips, Sunan and Sultan for the great service, Zazu for the magical fishing experience. Staff felt like a big family with a true team spirit, never experienced similar anywhere before. We would definitely would like to come back again. Thanks, Thanks, thank again. We keep you in our memories

Stunning view, nice size bungalows, cozy feel. Hosts/ owners are absolutely Lovely and most helpful. TIP: I took the 250k trip around the islands with Julie, and got to know a bunch of fun facts about funeral habits, island life etc. Was worth doing that before going off on my own, as she showed where to park, what to see etc. Bonus: I find it hard to meditate, but the villa has a swing (after the pool) and a deserted tiny beach with stairs that was perfect and safe to get into the zone of zen and deep dive into my thoughts with the sound of the waves around!

Beautiful villa tucked away in Senggigi. Was utterly exceptional and the staff were so lovely and attentive. We had the best time, recommend hiring a scooter from just near the convenience store and having a scoot to other beaches. They have a free shuttle to jeeva klui, about 5 mins drive away which has likely the best beach in the area. 10/10 for a peaceful scenic stay. And fantastic breakfast- they will bring you however much you like from the menu! Thank you Jeeva Santai!
