A very nice hotel indeed. We were greeted very nicely the first day we arrived and while we were sorting out the paperwork for our room, we were served a traditional welcome drink. The rooms are very nice and have air conditioning and a fan, and all the other little things (shampoos, hairdryer, toothbrushes, etc.) are in the room. The restaurant next to the hotel has divinely good food and drink and is very reasonably priced. For 25€ we got 3 cocktails, each our own soup and main course. The employees are VERY friendly, they always cleaned the room very well. A perfect break in nature, as the hotel was very calm and the room had a beautiful view of the jungle, and even though the hotel was in the middle of the jungle, there were no animals in the room except an ant, which was our mistake because we left the chocolate open 🙃. We had a rented scooter and we could go to various activities from there.

This hotel was one of my favorite stays throughout my travels! The Hotel is nestled into an expansive lush jungle with nothing as far as the eyes can see. It is secluded and far away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist hotspots in Bali, and I could not be happier with my selection. The staff were absolutely fantastic too! They were friendly, attentive and a joy to deal with. The villas are stunningly beautiful and seamlessly blend into the surrounding greenery.

I was needing a quiet, peaceful place to stay and relax for a night and this place was amazing, The staff was friendly and helpful, the views were spectacular, the pool was refreshing and it was perfect. I love the location which provides views of the surrounding rice fields as well as a secluded jungle view. I also like the area of Payangan, because it is less crowded and congested with traffic than other parts of Bali. Also the WiFi was fast and reliable. It really was a lovely getaway. My only regret is not booking longer, but I certainly plan on returning to Karang Dukuh Villa in the future. What a lovely surprise!
