I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded all my expectations in terms of hospitality and service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel immediately at home. Every member of the team displayed impeccable professionalism combined with genuine kindness, making my stay truly memorable. The rooms were immaculate, with high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Every detail seemed to be carefully attended to, from the plush towels to the crisp, freshly laundered sheets. The hotel's ambiance was exceptionally relaxing, with elegant and welcoming decor that invited relaxation. The reception staff was particularly outstanding, always ready to provide useful advice on what to visit and where to eat, and to resolve any minor requests with a smile. Room service was also impeccable, with meals delivered promptly and always hot and delicious. A special mention goes to the hotel's restaurant team, who offered an extraordinary culinary experience. The dishes were prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the service was always attentive and professional. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was perfect in every aspect. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking an exceptional stay experience, where the professionalism and courtesy of the staff make every moment special. I can't wait to return!

I can only praise this hotel. Besides the amazing facilities, comfortable bed in which I slept like a baby, it is the kindness and hospitality of the staff which makes this hotel so special. We spent our honeymoon in Bali and we didn’t expect such an incredible welcome after a very long trip. All together we spent 8 nights here. The food was incredible and we took the Cooking class (do not miss it!!!) which was such a delight by the pool!! We cooked 3 local dishes with Chef Bentar who is behind all the incredible food of their restaurant, Peggy, Surtika and Wayan were super kind taking photos from us, and explaining more about Balinese culture. The reception is exceptionally kind as well but all their staff including the room service. The location was excellent for us as we love to do yoga and there is an incredible yoga centre a minute away called Alchemy. We are very grateful and we will be back!! Om swastiastu and the smiling staff whenever we arrived back to the hotel will forever be imprinted in my heart.

If you are looking for a calm, unique place, you should definitely stay here. The hotel is just beautiful and perfectly integrated in nature, and it is still close enough to visit Ubud by the free hotel shuttle.

The Wakanda was the oasis of tranquility I was searching for. The room was gorgeous and had everything I needed, including an incredible stone bath. The pool is clean and the view from it is stunning. The food was amazing and there were plenty of vegetarian options, especially as the chef was able to adapt some dishes that weren’t labelled vegetarian on the menu. The spa treatment I had with Ria was divine. I loved the waterfall trek so much I did it twice: once with Ogi, who taught me a lot about life in Bali, and once with Aris, who helped take amazing photos. The free yoga classes were the perfect was to start a relaxing day. All of the staff were warm, friendly, and happy to help with anything I needed during my stay. 100% recommended to anyone needing to escape reality for a while! If you’re there on a Tuesday, make sure you join the cultural dinner.

From the moment we arrived at the property and were greeted by Yoga we were instantly made to feel at home. I cannot commend the staff enough for their service, they are some of the kindest most well mannered people I have ever come across. They really go above and beyond to make your stay homely; and at no point did I feel like I was staying at a hotel; always felt like I was coming home after a trip of sightseeing and exploring. Facilities and property are beyond amazing, rooms are cleaned throughly and they respect your privacy like none other. Food at the property is also phenomenal. Would give the entire experience a 20 out of 10 if I could! Could not recommend this place enough and will definitely be visiting again. One thing to note also, location is fantastic and within a short walking distance of main ubud city centre.
