Fantastic location in a gated area. Very quiet and with wonderful views on the Agua, the Fuego and the Pacaya and the Atitlan vulcanoes. And of course, there is Oscar, who runs the hotel. Oscar is a wonderful and caring guy who prepared food for us and was very friendly and helpful.

I loved the spectacular views of the aircraft landings and volcanoes. The room looked like a luxury hotel suite, everything was neat. Great location, close to restaurants and shopping centers. The attention from the owner was excellent. Definitely a wonderful and unique experience. I hope to be back soon.

Marcela, the host, accommodated us and also replied quickly to all of my enquiries. We had to find an accommodation at the last minute because one of our guests got sick and we had to cancel our plans of leaving Guatemala City. Marcela received us and also gave us a similar apartment in the same complex when we decided to extend our stay. The location is fantastic. You can walk to Paseo Cayalá if you want. The apartment has everything you need should you want to cook, including some basic pantry items, like coffee, sugar, salt, oil, etc. There are also some amenities in the apartment complex, like a gym, a yoga room, a pool, etc. Overall very nice stay and what we needed to recover.
