Liza’s Place is located 30 minutes drive outside of Chania city center, surrounded by beautiful Cretan landscape with views of the famous White Mountains. There is also a path that leads to the mountains as well as the European hiking trail E4. For anyone interested in hiking activities on the island, it is the ideal place. The house is spacious, lovingly furnished and very clean. Everything is well maintained. There is also a backyard with furniture and lemon/orange trees, which we were allowed to try out. The perfect nature experience! The owners are welcoming and very helpful. We will definitely come back!

The house has been renovated to a very high standard and is immaculate throughout. It is full of traditional style and very tastefully furnished. There is much evidence of the generations of family woodworking skills. Cretan hospitality welcomes you. All the rooms are comfortable, spacious, light and airy. The roof terrace is a wonderful place to sit at any time of day or night with superb views of the surrounding mountains. It is just a short 2 minute walk to the central square with tavernas offering excellent food. The host, Andreas, is very friendly and helpful, speaks English and has a wealth of knowledge about the village and Cretan life.

Amazing location , secluded yet close to all the amenities! Amazing little village close by. Views were stunning, pool was excellent! Would definitely stay again. The person who communicated with us was named Tonia, she answered all my questions and was super responsive.. my daughter got sick and she booked a doctor's appointment for us! The house looks exactly like in the pictures, the owners prepared a very warm welcome for us and helped us with any indication or information we needed. The view is spectacular, and also the atmosphere in the evening in the yard, by the old tree. We had a wonderful staying, it's a dream house!
