Absolutely fantastic hotel! Our room was beautiful and cleaned daily, which was such a nice touch. The hotel itself is modern, and we loved having a jacuzzi on the balcony to relax in after a hot day. It's in Agia Marina, and I think it has one of the best beaches around—completely sandy. Plus, the free sun beds and daily refreshed beach towels were great perks. The staff is incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. They provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there's even a waiter at the beach, so you can have food whenever you want. There were few people at the hotel since it's relatively small, which created a nice, cozy vibe. It's also close to water sports activities and the O Mylos Kerata restaurant, which is a must-visit. It's also pretty close to Chania and Kolymvari. The hotel offers airport transfers and can call a taxi for you to get to other places. We stayed for a week and had an amazing holiday. Highly recommended!

We had a room on the upper floor with an amazing view over the sea. The hotel has a private parking and a beautiful garden with a swimming pool. The staff was very kind and helpful. The cleaning lady made beautiful swans out of towels when cleaning the room, which we found a very nice gesture. Nice details make the stay more pleasant. Definitely would like to come back.

We had a spacious room with a wonderful sea view and double balcony. The bed and pillows were comfortable; the cleaning was regular; sheets and towels were changed every 3-4 days. Nobody disturbed us. It was enough space for clothes in the wardrobe and for toiletries & cosmetics in the bathroom. There was all the necessary stuff in the room - A/C, kettle, coffeemaker, cutlery, plates, cups & glasses, etc. There was a welcome pack of two small bottles of still water, some teabags and a set of toiletries. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The sea is not so close as it seems, but there is a choice of different beaches with a variety of bars.

The breakfast was fantastic - always fresh, plenty of variety and local Cretan food always well represented. The food from Ouzaki was also very good. It's not allowed to 'reserve' sunbeds in this hotel - this is exactly as it should be! We never had a problem finding a spot at the pool or on the beach at any time of the day. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet which was exactly what we wanted. No loud music or parties. Just some light live music by the bar in the evenings which was fine. The room was spacious and comfortable. We were told on arrival that we had been upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. We visited the spa twice during our stay. It was a wonderful experience on both occasions. Staff at reception are exceptionally efficient, helpful and welcoming. The location of the hotel is ideal. The bus to and from Chania town passes right in front and the stop is just a few seconds walk. The surrounding area also has fantastic restaurants. We were spoiled for choice. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and we hope that we will be lucky enough to visit again in the future!

Pure luxury! The hotel was of great help to us even before our arrival: sending the itinerary, booking excursions and restaurants. Upon arrival we were greeted by the host, he was very nice and pleasent. He had answers for all of our questions and even gave our daughter a big box of toys, she could play with during our stay. There was complementary wine and home-farmed peaches. The water is drinkable because they have water filters. We drank the water from the house during our stay, with no stomach complaints. The apartment itself was minimalistic yet cozy. Small kitchen, but we made it work. Very comfortable beds on the hard side, but we loved it. The maid (sorry, I forgot her her name) was very sweet and helpful. The pool was heated, which was great. Just a few steps away from the main street with restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Though very nearby, you never really notice any noise from busses and so on. I'm sure in forgetting a lot of other things to mention on this stay, but it was a great stay and we really enjoyed it and highly recommend it. We are definitely going back at some point.
