Everything was perfect! Clean and comfortable room, good choice for breakfast! The hotel is located just a 5 minute walk from the city centre in a very quiet and safe area. The staff at the reception desk is professional, very friendly and helpful in every situation! Highly recommend for your stay in Kutaisi.

The property is located in the Jewish/French Quarter of Kutaisi. It’s a beautiful home with traditional decor complemented by tasteful modern touches. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the stunning all-glass veranda overlooking the river provided a lovely spot to relax in the evening. David was an exceptional host, offering plenty of helpful information to make my stay enjoyable. The experience felt more like visiting a friend’s home than staying at a hotel, thanks to the warm and personal atmosphere. If I return to Kutaisi, I’ll definitely stay here again.

This flat is great for anyone wanting to explore Kutaisi. It's a good size, perfect for a couple or a small family (with 2 bedrooms and a giant livingroom.
