Incredible location, right behind the cathedral, with direct access to the cobbled streets of the old town. Host was responsive and helpful. Room was comfortable. Breakfast also very good, including home made sausage.

This was the second stop on our road trip through Georgia, and it turned out to be a truly lovely experience. We were warmly welcomed, and the attention we received was kind and thoughtful from start to finish. One of the biggest advantages was the private parking on the property, which made things very easy for us. The location was also excellent, right in the heart of the old town, yet peaceful and quiet. We especially enjoyed the time spent in the garden patio, which offered beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. Great little guesthouse to explore the cute town of Mtskheta. Ana is a lovely host and took very good care of us. Her breakfast was absolutely delicious. The room was spotlessly clean and comfy and we could park the car just in front.

The guesthouse was really nice and pleasant. The owner was very kind person, which speaks english and russian language fluently and explained all necessary information about Mtsketa. The guesthouse is in the center of city, near the cathedral, but in the very quiet and eco place.
