We arrived with two small kids (one baby) very early in the morning after a long flight. The staff was friendly and very helpful. As we had to make the check-out already at 12pm they offered us a late check-out until 2pm AND the person at the reception - Irakli - even offered to prepare the breakfast packages when we were leaving. All reception was really friendly and flexible. We were thankful they gave us the opportunity to sleep after travelling all night.

We stayed at Apart View Hotel & Spa for just one night, as we were departing the next day. Victoria was incredibly helpful, speaks fluent English, and made communication very easy for us. The location has some drawbacks—the neighborhood is quite dark and far from the main tourist center. Parking can be tricky if you have a car due to narrow roads, but Victoria kindly helped us by reserving a spot with a neighbor, which was a big help. The views from the hotel are stunning, which definitely makes up for some of the location challenges.

New modern hotel, photos of the room correspond to reality. Beautiful bathroom, 24 hours reception. Breakfast okay. Convenient location close to metro and a short walk to Old Tbilisi. I can recommend and we will be happy to return at the end of our stay in Georgia.

In short, Sweet Home is an incredible value for money. We rented two rooms in front of each other on the second floor. The rooms were like in the photos and according to the description. The rooms are comfortable, AC works great, the kitchen was equipped with everything needed. Because there are only two rooms on the second floor, it was very private and quiet, we could not hear anyone from the kitchen at no point at day. A nice addition was a cute shadowed terrace at the entrance where it was so nice to drink a cup of coffee even on a hot day. There is a super delicious chebureki restaurant in a 3 minute walk distance
