We’ve rarely stayed at a guest house with such genuinely warm and hospitable service. Natalie went *way* above and beyond to help us out when we left something behind. It was such a pleasure for our family to meet her. Juta is an unbelievably beautiful place, and we hope to be able to stop by MetiTsa again in the future.

I'd fully recommend this place! The location and the view are absolutely perfect. I especially loved the veranda, which has sun loungers – ideal for sunbathing. Although the cottage is close to the road, there's very little traffic and absolutely no noise. The atmosphere is peaceful and cozy. The only sound you might hear is the sound of cows from the nearby pastures, which makes even more natural, rural feel of the place. The host is very attentive and polite. The cottage is clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. Don’t forget to bring a bottle of Georgian wine and enjoy your stay!

If possible, we would give 'Warm house' 15/10. We enjoyed everything from the very warm host over the well equipped kitchen / house to the remoteness. If you like it remote and calm, choose this place. Most likely you see more horses, cows and dogs on the street everyday than cars.

The room was spotless and newly renovated, with firm, comfortable beds that made for a restful stay. But what truly made our experience special was the lovely owner. She was incredibly kind, accommodating, and genuinely thoughtful, going out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her warmth made us feel right at home.     location - secluded, next to the beginning of the trail, with a lovely view; balcony with beanbags and armchairs, so relaxing; the rooms are perfectly clean and new, with nice bed linens and towels and everything. Exceptional breakfast!! The host is lovely and helpful. Ah and there’s a place to park the car (we came by car from Tbilisi, the road is bumpy but ok). great value for money, recommended

    The view is astonishing, it's hard to say goodbye to such kind of view. Owner is kind and accommodating and foods are delicious and will cook as you requests. . Car parking is spacious in a local parking lot and just paid 20gel not bad for a safe and convenient parking. I would love to come back and recommend it to my friends. The view from the cabin is what will bring you back! Beyond 😍.
