Very nicely built new property with sauna, pool and restaurant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They responded to our request to put a heater in the bedroom immediately and loud music was reduced when requested.

Wow! This is a gem! The hosr Ira is so caring, relaxed and sweet. The room was bright and clean. The breakfast super. And our motorbikes were parked very safe and gated. One of our best stays in Georgia.

responsive staff and the houses themselves are very beautiful and cozy inside. there was a small problem with the fact that we wanted a house with a stove, and the girl administrator quickly resolved everything. the houses are warm inside, beautiful view. comfortable beds and warm blankets. the house has all the utensils to cook your own food. there was even a capsule coffee machine (though without capsules)

We only stayed with family for 2 nights, but during that time we received great service from wonderful people! Zurab made our stay absolutely comfortable and cozy. A pleasant and intelligent person with excellent manners and a warm attitude. The atmosphere was like a family home. Very clean, new spacious rooms and a full delicious breakfast with many options! Great location! They also have house wine! I highly recommend it to all travelers and any age) Thank you for the warm welcome ❤️🙏

The hotel is really well designed, I had feeling I was in an old place with cuban elements, where tradition and modernity are meeting. the room had only window on the ceiling, but from the bath it was perfect. the amenities are really high quality, in room there are mini bar, coffee machine and so on.

My best hotel experience ever. The stuff was super friendly and helpful plus speaking fluent english. I was warmly welcomed by Lela, receptionist. Place is gorgeous and beautifully decorated in a modern way. View is stunning. I had a relax time in sauna and jakuzzi. It's a heaven spot in Telawi. And yeah, they have heated swimming pool outside and it's own winery!!

    More a family run hotel than a chateau, located in a residential area. We had a clean, very modern room with nice décor and a tiny balcony. We didn't get to use the garden. There was a big family staying at the same time who took over the place and were a bit noisy. We probably would have had a better experience if they hadn't been there. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We had a good dinner and breakfast in their restaurant. Parking is off-street and secure behind big gates.
