It's very cozy. The chalet is very spacious and clean, the bathroom is quite big too. The property has a nice garden with hammocks and the chalet itself has outdoor seating too - perfect for a morning coffee. There was an adorable kitten outside which is a welcome bonus! The location is great too - in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the center.

Our stay at Villa Rokiti was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect—peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet close enough to Kutaisi for easy trips to the city. We chose this accommodation as a layover on our trip and it went beyond our expectations! We did not expect the host to be so friendly, the food so perfect and the location so calm. I stayed at this Guest house few times and every time I feel like staying at my own house. Nana, Luka and Rezo are amazing people. House is clean, comfortable and also really warm at winter. I highly recommend this place.
