The Guest House is new and well set up for visitors. The owners and their family were extremely helpful and friendly. They even offered to collect us from Sighnaghi after some logistical issues, and have made every effort to get property we left in the House to us. The views from the balcony are great, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. They even have a coffee station set up with sweets and treats always available. A really great place to stay if you are in the area.

The lake. Location. Staff was very helpful. They helped us with the luggage (no other hotel did that). Clean, quiet and cosy. Great breakfast. Complimentary bikes. I'd give it a 20 points appraisal if booking.com allowed me!

We had a great stay! The staff were very pleasant and attentive, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the view was simply beautiful. Wonderful stay for our family. It's tranquil and peaceful but a short drive from town. Had everything we needed for our short stay. Maia was very responsive with arranging check-in even that we booked last minute. We had issue with the washing machine but it was fixed right away.
