Very lovely family. The daughter speaks fluently in English, and that is super helpful. The hotel is very nice and cosy, the neighbourhood is calm and quiet. We wanted to sleep our last night relatively close to the airport (30 minutes away) and in a place away from busy roads, and this was perfect 👌 the room was clean, had everything we needed, and AC was working very well. There is a small shared kitchen so you can make yourself a coffe, use a fridge or prepare breakfast. We ordered breakfast from family and it was very tasty, perfect before our flight home. We could leave our car behind the gate, no problem with parking.

First of all, the host is amazing she knows how to put customers at ease. Exchanges with her are very pleasant. She knows how to anticipate customer needs. Her presence is warm and welcoming. The house is very quiet and the terrace is large and allows you to enjoy the soft evenings of Kutaisi while watching the moon. View of Rioni River and Kutaisi. Great elevated neihborhood. The place is decorated with taste and the rooms are comfortable. everything is well built and well thought. Absolutely great place. New hotel, very clean and light. Very helpful staff. the room was just perfect- well equipped , spacious woth balcony, big amd comfortable bed, bathroom is brightly clean. There were hotel slippers, bathrobes and even toothbrushes woth tooth paste. There is a fridge, a small stove and a well worked AC. There was no kitchenware such as glasses or wine opener. But there is a big kitchen on the first floor where you can find whatever you want and even buy wine or beer. So, I will be back for sure.
