The b&b has one guest room and is run by Olive, the best host ever. She overwhelmed us with her kindness, generosity and care. The guest room is very quiet and absolute clean. We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommended!

Christina came to meet us at the door and was so gracious and welcoming. The whole team there took such good care of us and made a difficult trip (bereavement) much more bareable. The room was so comfortable and decorated beautifully. There's a fully accessible bathroom and lift too which is great and the bed is perfect. The castle has been restored so well and looks gorgeous inside and out. Really recommend having a walk around the castle grounds while you're staying too. The café staff were super friendly and took our drinks to the guest lounge for us when we had family visiting. The food is really nice and they make good hot drinks and the tablet they sell is delicious. They will try their best to help you. We even got invited to watch a fashion show which was cool. Really can't recommend this place enough and we'll definitely stay again next time we're on the island. Everyone clearly loves what they're doing and it really shows. Plus, it's a castle! What's not to like?

Perfect house for family with kids (Big rooms and very well equiped). Very warm welcome of the owners (we fund a full breakfast in the fridge). Although this house does not have many reviews on Booking, it have been rented since very long time : the owners are more than trustable.

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely apartment. It is in a great location, right in the middle of Portree and convenient for exploring Skye. The only slight inconvenience was parking, although we managed to find street parking each day without any bother. We initially had some trouble finding the apartment because when we put in the actual address google maps took us to the wrong place. Follow the GPS link sent from the letting agent first is my advice. Although the address appears different it will take you to the right location. It is just around the corner from Wentworth st. Inside the apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. I really loved the features of the building, which is old, and the decorations and pictures hanging on the walls.

    Nice compact apartment, perfect for 2. Great in-house facilities and a central location, just 5 minute walk to everything. On street parking was plentiful. A nice welcome pack to greet us and Lesley was very friendly.

    Great location for us right near the harbour. Easy to drive or walk to ferries. The apartment was large and had everything we needed for our stay. I was a little concerned about the parking but using the town car park worked just fine. A few minutes walk from there. On departure we were able to drive our car to load outside the apartment. Good instructions were provided before arrival. We would definitely use again. We enjoyed food at La Balena and HS-1 cafe bar. Both are a short walk away.

    It was a complete package - a well designed, compact, comfortable, roomy and safe space. Finer details had all been addressed and the snacks etc were creative and generous. It was well supplied with items needed for cooking and bathroom supplies were most generous. Off street parking was free and easy and it was close to the town. I had everything I needed to enable me to self-cater for a week.

    It was convenient for my work, had enty free parking, an easy walk into town centre. Good shower size and a reasonable pressure of hot water. Clean white bedding. Area in the bedroom for doing hair and makeup, with a full size hairdryer.

    Included hot breakfast was excellent and very fast. Dinner in both restaurants was good but a bit pricy in the main dining room. Staff is top notch and so friendly. Very well located to the harbor and shops with a view of Lews Castle. Small parking lot was handy as it was the same level as our room so no dragging luggage upstairs or fighting for street parking
