    We didn't have breakfast. We did have a evening meal, what we ordered was good. Our visit was mid week and off season, so, quiet. This hotel was convenient for our visit to the area, with free parking. The staff are attentive, service is quick and polite.

    Super friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel comfortable and cared for. Nothing was too much trouble and every effort made to make our stay perfect. Lovely newly refurbished rooms are great. Easy free parking. We’ll definitely stay here again. Oh and great views of the Downs and the sea! And good choice of beers and wine in the bar. And excellent cooked breakfast.

    The cleanliness and staff were second to none, superb room and probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, nothing was to much for staff and management and with free car parking and a bus stop on the doorstep getting to Brighton was extremely easy, will be staying again.

    Our room was newly refurbished so everything was spotless. It was large with a view of the Downs and the sea. We enjoyed a good breakfast each morning and all the staff were very friendly and eager to please. There was good car parking

    So friendly, good location - free parking, convenient for public transport. Room was super clean and comfy. Bit hot as window rules upstairs🙄 great meals and tennis on in the bar at one end and footie at the other! What’s not to love?
