Our triple room, albeit small, was exactly as in the pictures, and we had a balcony with views of Mt Blanc. Our 2 dogs were accepted, and our room was quiet, even though facing the main road. The bathroom was modern, and there was an electric kettle in the room. They offer the Chamonix la-carte-d-hote, which offers free public transportation and some discounts. They had parking in front and behind, and the bus stop is right across on the main road. We had no problem traveling around by public transportation to and from this place. Rooms are cleaned daily, and they had a free spa/ sauna/ jacuizzi for hotel guests that our senior mother enjoyed after tiring days out.

We had a very lovely stay at the Le Chalet! Despite the missing snow in the low season we could totally enjoy the incredible view of the Mont Blanc from all the windows of the chalet, having breakfast or dinner at the terrace. This is also a good starting point to explore the area around Mont Blanc with its cute little towns and the mountains around them. In addition to the outdoor activities available, there is a sauna, swimming pool, cinema room etc. in the chalet, so it's a perfect combination of options to spend a wonderful time there. Our special thanks goes to Octavio and his colleague who made our stay there even more comfortable!! We would be happy to stay at the Le Chalet anytime again, especially in winter :)

The staff are all very friendly, hard-working and accommodating. The restaurant and bar are great, and there is always a relaxed energy in those areas. Live music is a real bonus, as is the daily Happy Hour. The hotel is well-equipped for a ski holiday, with on-site ski shop and free lockers. Buffet breakfast is also great. The hotel has a distinct and fun brand/vibe, which is consistent and has been well thought-out, and differentiates it from most other hotels.
