Everything was absolutely superb. The location of the apartment is a very quiet neighborhood, close to the bus stop and from there about 15-20 minutes to the historical part of the city. Walking distance (about 15-20 minutes) to Las Canteras beach. The apartment was small but sufficient for 1-2 people. Equipped kitchen was a plus. Everything was new and clean.

OMG! I have only few words about our one night stay. We absolutely LOVED our Atico Suite! LOVED, LOVED, LOVED! The location, the house itself, the interior architecture solutions, the decor - everything was just up to our taste! The girls working downstairs were also both very helpful and lovely. Breakfast had all we needed and everything was super tasty.. coffee was super quality and made to order, selection of cakes - OMG! I wish we could stay in Suites 1478 for days! Sadly we have chosen the nomadic lifestyle of traveling and were driving around the island. Because we got in a bad traffic on the highway on our way there, we arrived later, but we were warmly greeted. Thank you for that! We loved our room from the first seconds and that is why we decided to arrange our dinner from the upstairs honesty bar and just enjoyed our room - thanks especially for that opportunity! We just did not want to leave our comfy beautiful rooftop room!

Entering the House was awe-inspiring. You could feel the grandezza of the place. Also it's location is excellent, right next to the pedestrian street and the old town at a walkable distance. Bus stops, supermarket, bakery, all kinds of restaurants and bars just around the corner. The owner was very welcoming and friendly, providing any kind of help. Of course you are next to a bustling street in the center of a big Spanish town, so there will be some life :)
