This hotel was incredible! The staff were so kind and attentive. They remembered your name, what you liked, etc. Even down to the cleaners and room staff. The hotel is always clean and the beach is beautiful. There's lots to do and the food is so good!

People: Very helpful. I had lactose intolerance so I received special care which is not common in other 5* hotels 👍 What is important, I felt pleased not pushed by staff attitude. Food: Excellent - many restaurants also possibility to use restaurants from other close hotels in case of interest. Bars available - easy access to waters/drinks/snack(e.g bruschetta). Rooms: Very clean. We had junior suite/recommend/ with nice extra living room and big balcony with part covered for shadow. Other: As I am active I liked possibility to run/walk through other hotels + well equipped gym with nice views of the bay.

Food was Amazing, everything you dream to eat you can find it , oriental egyptian food was more than waw I felt that Im eating at my home, thx for chief Shaaban , always around to ask about the food and if we need anything more place waw , Aqua & pools , animation team more than amazing , love the foam party , stuff sooo nice and friendly u always find the smile on their faces thx for abdullah from the reception soo friendly and espically thx to Ahmed A. I recently stayed at *Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh* in Hurghada and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is stunning, with spacious rooms and excellent facilities like pools, a spa, and diverse restaurants. What made my stay truly special was the exceptional service from the staff, especially *Michael* at the front desk. His professionalism, attentiveness, and warm smile made me feel very welcome. Michael went out of his way to handle all my requests efficiently and always had a positive attitude. His genuine care for guests made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its great atmosphere and outstanding service!

Hotel is extremwly clean, rooms are spacious with very comfortable bed and amenities in the room. Food was excellent, beach is beautiful and very clean. Additional plus is that you can use facilities of two neighbouring hotels. Staff is so kind and caring, especially at the reception desk. All in all, a big recomendation for this hoyel.

The hotel is really good. Beach, view, pool and food, everything you can ask for in a good holiday. The assistant Radwa has been really nice and helpful. We decided to stay one more night after having a great time here.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were incredibly helpful. We had a couple of difficulties that were not in anyway the hotel's fault but they still helped us solve them. I had a birthday while I was there and they must have noticed on my passport because when we got back to the room that day, housekeeping had created a beautiful cake and hearts on the bed with towels. It was a sweet surprise.
