Super nice staff at the reception. Akram and his collegues were very friendly and understanding. I had some problem with my payment and they were kind enough to do my payment later manually when system was operating. I was also upgraded to a sea-view room as it was busy time at reception and I waited for some time. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Bed was also. ery comfortable and the whole space was very clean. breakfast with variety of food and mix-omelet was delicious. area is nice as it has some small shops, coffee to go not far away and also some patisserie. definitely for my next visit I will stay at Kouba Hotels. thank you!

Hello, I booked the room online. I received a quick response to our email discussions with the hotel. The staff was pleasant and the welcome was excellent. Very clean room, quiet location.
