Very nice villas, very clean, relaxing stay, breakfast available on order, there is also a bar by the pool, recommend to everyone, the owner are very friendly and welcoming, we enjoy every minute there. Beautiful rental in the middle of greenery, perfect for anyone seeking peace and tranquility in a natural setting. Clean and bright space. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is spotless clean and well equipped. Secure parking is available. Nice and quiet beach is within 10 minutes drive. The terrace offered a stunning view of the ocean, serving as the perfect backdrop for our mornings and evenings. The host family is super helpful, friendly, and discreet, responding immediately to all our questions and requests (leaving nearby) We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to return!

Lovely apartment, air conditioning worked well, great shower and fully equipped kitchen. We loved the swimming pool! Onsite are some long term rentals and they were lovely people to meet too. We were well looked after by the groundsman, daily cleaners and gate staff. Whilst we were there it was clear to see how well the whole site is tended too, with new grass laid around the pool. We used this as a base and visited flamengo (12 mins by car) and Tamaringo (45 mins by car) lots. I thought we'd drive further up and down coast but it was too much driving for us.

It was lovely. We had the 3 bedroom villa. The restaurant is very good - delicious food and good prices. The location is perfect to explore the nearby beaches. The service was excellent.

    The best feature of this property is the very large, clean pool along with the hot tub. Ample parking all behind a secured gate. The unit itself was comfortable with a good shower and decent kitchen. It is located very close to a great public beach and numerous restaurants and supermarket.

    It is a very new place, everything is super clean. There are very few separate bugalows, so it is very intimate. The location is strategic to go to many beautiful beaches of Guanacaste and has parking. The most spectacular of all is the pool, which is huge. In addition to the excellent attention and disposition of the owners.
