Sergio was extremely kind, helpful and very flexible. You have great views from the balconies where you can spot birds or read a book in the morning sun. A very relaxed atmosphere, very quiet place a short walk from the more crowdy centre.

Great place to stay at in Monteverde, Lily is a very welcoming host, the room was impeccable clean and so was the communal place and kitchen, which is equipped with all that you need, and regularly cleaned. 10/10 will look up to staying there again if I return to Monteverde !

Everything was perfect. I didn't expect it to be this wondeful. Our tiny house wasn't tiny :) and it was spacious and comfortable. Every detail was taken care of, even breakfast products waiting for us in the fridge (reservation was without breakfast) and a bottle of good sparkling wine. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you!

Every detail is perfect. Our host Marcelo and his wife Gloria are very warming. They treated us like best friends, with hot tea at our first come and late afternoon snacks when we finish touring . They always communicate with us to understand our needs and very patient to give us suggestions on our tours. Maycho，another staff, also help us arrange all of our tours on our first day. He recommend some of the best spots and make this small city so attractive and fun. They are definitely the best hosts during my travel history. The breakfast is delicious, with fresh fruit and homemade special scramble eggs. Room is warm and fuzzy, and the garden view is amazing!!! It’s my honor and privilege to stay in this house and I definitely recommend it to everyone!
