Staff was super friendly, addressed me by name each time I came in. They offered some coffee when I checked in. Wifi works, TV in the room, good A/C (needed in this hot climate) and a small balcony overlooking the street. The cucuta town area isn't really special but I was visiting a friend and for that purpose, the hotel was good. They have private parking if you need. If you ask they also can help to organise some tours. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was totally clean and they cleaned it daily. Wifi was good and strong. There is no elevator but the staff helped us carrying our luggage. The safe gated parking with security for motorcycles and cars just across the entrence of the hotel was included. Room is large and bathroom is big. bed was comfortable. cleaning lady did a good job cleaning the room everyday. they constantly clean the whole place. all the hotel area was very clean.
