The hotel seems brand new, parking spots can be reserved before arrival. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are big, family room consists of a single room with its own bathroom and a double room with its own bathroom as well. Beds are super comfortable and everything is new and functional. Rooms are towards the main street, but not too much traffic during the night. Breakfast was great as well as dinner. Short walk to the train station to go to Zermatt. They have a partner hotel in Zermatt and the guests are allowed to use the SPA facilities there as well.

Near the train station about 5 minutes walk, friendly staff, were able to check in early as the rooms are ready when we were there. Spacious rooms, clean and complete facilities. The lift a bit small but fit 2 luggages and a person. The breakfast served is nice and filling, normal stuff; bread, cheese, ham, smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, baked beans, cereals, coffees, tea etc. Overall great stay !!!
