The hotel seems brand new, parking spots can be reserved before arrival. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are big, family room consists of a single room with its own bathroom and a double room with its own bathroom as well. Beds are super comfortable and everything is new and functional. Rooms are towards the main street, but not too much traffic during the night. Breakfast was great as well as dinner. Short walk to the train station to go to Zermatt. They have a partner hotel in Zermatt and the guests are allowed to use the SPA facilities there as well.

We stayed with four people, two adults and two teens at the end of the holiday season. The guesthouse is very cozy, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is great and plentiful. Being able to ski to the bus stop leading to the Saas Fee cable car in the morning is very convenient. The owner Corina is kind and the welcome very warm. We will definitely be back.

The accommodation is great. They are new apartments that are well maintained, everything was perfectly clean and prepared. We had a ground-floor apartment so the children could use the snowy spot in front of the terrace at any time. Everyone is very nice from the receptionists to the cleaners, quick responses on chat.
