Capra at Saas Fee is a fantastic hotel. The staff, food and service are exceptional. Being a boutique hotel our stay at every touch point was noticed and customised to suit our needs best. We enjoyed the walk into town, the superb spa and the warm hospitality as it snowed outside. Thank you for a very memorable vacation! Highly recommended!!

Excellent! Very good situation close to shops and breakfast places (the host gives a list), cable cars, calm. I loved the big nice view, the terrace with table, the big kitchen, the comfortable furnitures. Ski room and washing room are accessible by lift. Friendly host and very clean place. I am going to come again!

One of the best hostels I've stayed at. It's right next to the bus terminal. The facilities are new. The breakfast with local products is great. The view from the room towards Saas-Fee and the mountain is a dream. The indoor pool was included in the price and it was a great pleasure to go for a swim. It's not very cheap for a bed in hostel but having in mind that breakfast and pool are included in the price plus that it's situated in a famous ski resort, I think that the price is fair. I'll definitely consider this hostel again should I plan a trip to Saas-Fee.

Spending my birthday here made it even more special — I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect way to celebrate. The views from the hotel were simply unforgettable: endless mountains, glistening glaciers, and the charming village below. We even spotted the adorable local marmots hopping around, which added an extra touch of magic to our mornings. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the atmosphere — peaceful, welcoming, and utterly enchanting. Each day felt like a dream, a perfect escape from the ordinary. Leaving was incredibly difficult; I found myself checking out with tears in my eyes, heartbroken to say goodbye to such a special place.
