Very friendly hosts. Sparkly clean house and very thoughtful for details. There is a very homely feeling, a kitchen with free coffee, cooking facilities with dishwasher, big dining area and a living room with a big TV. Two spacious showers with toilet and the beds were very comfortable. Near train station but quiet at night. We loved it, it had all we needed and more. Very good value for money.

    Great hotel, just in front of the lake, near Alpamare Water Park, Seedam center (full of shopping and restaurants). Great location 30 minutos from Zurich downtown and easy way to travel to other places nearby. Very good breakfast. Easy and free parking.

    free parking included, breakfast was nice overall. Location right next to Alpamare and very quiet. The bed was huge and we had a small terrasse overlooking the lake, that was very nice (we were on 3rd floor).
