It's our second time at this apartment and we just adore it: Astonishing view... (we have had the balcony unit) Super comfy, perfectly clean and fully equiped kitchen... fells like arriving home. Really nice to be able to return and find it all perfect again! Hope we may return soon :)

They where very friendly and helpfull. My daughter cannot eat gluten and the made different toaster bread for her and showed what she could eat from the buffet (including glutenfree müsli, and three different kinds of cake. They also checked the hot chocolate.

The hotel was a good value for money, excellent location by the lake with nice views from the restaurant, walking distance from the train station, nice staff (the lady that was serving breakfast and the front desk staff). Moreno was extremely nice so as the man that drives the boat (don't remember his name). Would love to come back.

We came two couples. The apartment is very clean and equiped. All seems welcoming and convinient. The toilet/showe was very clean. The kitchen have all the nessesary utilities. Ana answered very quickly to our messages. The apatment is located in a residencial area so supermarket is close. The view from the terrace is of other residencial complexes. Highly recommand.

    Excellent hotel quality and you feel instantly at home. All staff are amazingly helpful and many thanks to Lucy, Carlotta and Augustina, plus the hotel manger who very kindly took us to the local railway station. Exceptional customer service and we are already staying again in apr24. Rooms and lovely and airy with very comfortable bed and pillows. Strong wifi. Breakfast plentiful! Free parking on site too which is a bonus. Many thanks as always!
