All was exceptional, Kempinsky Hotel will surely see us again soon. However the one problem we had, was the problem with the double bed in our room that was disappointing. It is 2 single beds moved together ( terrible) it was however resolved with additional bedding and was slightly more comfortable.It would be good if double beds can be supplied and not single beds just moved together. Furthermore your hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Thank you and your staff was brilliant.

The apartments are very well located - within walking distance of the Titlis Talstation. The train station and all the other amenities are within walking distance. we had a great view of the alps from our window. The apartment was neat and clean and was thoughtfully furnished and equipped. overall a great stay and we will surely come back again.

My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Spending time there was a truly rejuvenating experience after a day filled with activities in Engelberg. The cleanliness and maintenance of the pool were impeccable, greatly contributing to my enjoyment. I cannot praise enough the delicious breakfast served each morning. The variety and quality of the food surpassed my expectations. From healthy options to indulgent delights, the breakfast was a feast that provided the perfect energy to start the day exploring Engelberg. In summary, my stay at this hotel was great in every aspect. The combination of exceptionally friendly staff, high-quality facilities, and a delicious breakfast created an unforgettable experience. Amazing setup, the rooms were very nice, comfortable with good facilities. The kitchen area was fantastic- lot of thought has gone into it and it provides everything a group of family would need for a self sufficient stay. The ski locker was huge and had good equipment that ensured warm, dry gear every morning. The ski bus was 2 minutes from the front door and the location was great for pubs, shops, restaurants etc. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend without hesitation.

    We spent two nights in that apartment and we have zero problems. Easy self-check in and check-out. The parking lot is good, all that you could need, you can find in the apartment. There is a lot of equipment for the kitchen, like a coffee machine, toaster and so on. The owner responds to calls if you want to ask something. This is a great deal for that price.

    The location of the hotel is excellent! There is an adjacent and spacious parking lot, the receptionist is very pleasant, the room is very nice, clean, very spacious. Spacious shower with hot water. Everything is close to the hotel, super 2 minutes walk, train 50 meters, stunning view at night and during the day! We'll be back with fun!
