Wanda was a wonderful host! We arrived late and did not have time to shop for food, so she gave our kids some of her cereal bars :) The property is located in a residential area, across the street from a park. It is very calm. You will need to drive (or public transit) to Locarno, but is close to the centre of Ascona and there are groceries a short drive away and easy access to other routes. The apartment was very clean and everything looks new. Our family of five was very comfortable there. We recommend!

    From the first minute of arriving to the hotel you feel that you are important guest. The staff is friendly and very careful. There is s valet parking. You are here only for relax! We tried some restaurants of the hotel (Marina and Eden Rock): compliments and thanks to the chef’s and staff, they are professional. The breakfast in the hotel is fantastic. Cleaning service received from me high rating too. The room with fantastic view on the lake, with terrace where you can spend romantic evenings with s glass of champagne.

    We liked everything. The near by city center is a big plus....accessible through 2 entrences. Flat with perfect equipment....luxurious finest china ware and glass ware, very comfy beds with luxurious beddings, walls with lots of paintings. Very quiet place. Private free parking near by is a top benefit from the owner. Very unusual in this town. We do recommend.

    We were very pleased with our room it was very large. This is a very dog friendly hotel. There are lots of great dog walking areas very close to the hotel. The staff were all very welcoming. The outdoor car parking is perfect for large vehicles. There are a couple of good restaurants a short walk from the hotel.
