Extremely comfortable, spacious, private sitting areas, very pleasant hosts, very good breakfast and coffee machine / tea available upstairs. We were able to access laundry facility at a very reasonable fee which was a great help during a longish road trip. central location, walking distance to restaurants. Victoria park about a mile away. Private parking.

We stayed in a King room, which was nice and roomy with a little seating area with comfortable chairs. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was great. The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff was very welcoming and professional. The breakfast was very good with a chef on hand to cook eggs or omelettes. The location was convenient, close to town, with plenty of free parking.

Very good breakfast with excellent service. Location was in walking distance to bars and restaurants yet was quiet enough for a good night sleep. Lots of free parking.

Security was fast to quite down the multiple loud parties going on after midnight.. Parties were all in the parking lot. Ac unit worked great
