An absolutely delightful place to stay. The staff team are exceptional - friendly, very helpful, happy and really seem to want to give you the best experience. The lodges are comfortable, very clean and exactly what's needed for a relaxing time. Johnston Canyon is a beautiful setting, great to be able to walk up the stunning canyon from the doorstep. The Bistro is lovely, great staff and delicious food.

Because the hotel is a bit higher up the hill, it has a magnificent view! The staff are exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the room and help with organising trips, etc. Shuttle to town is very practical.

Nice and cozy place. Very peaceful and away from the crowds. Not too many people stay in the hostel at once, so it felt like a family. (There is one male and one female dorm) Installations were very clean and organized. The hostel manager was nice and friendly.
