Very welcoming upon arrival, fantastic food in their restaurant “Hoeve Dewalleff” with even beter wines. Very spacious and nicely designed and recently renovated room, which was impeccable. Water and Cava in the minibar as a gift. Broad selection fresh breakfast with great coffee and fresh orange juice. We will certainly be back, not the least to come pickup even more amazing wines. Everything on the mark, awesome value for money. Thank you for the fantastic stay!

If you want to escape from city noises - this is the place. Perfectly quiet neighbourhood, a cosy little room and everything you need for a perfect stay. Breakfast is a real treat - delicious coffe, crusty bread and so much other food that we were not able to try all of it. And there is Annelore - the best host ever, who made us feel like at home. Tongeren is the most beautiful historical town, we loved and visited all of the roman history and museums and this accomodation was perfectly placed for that. The heritage of this part of town is gorgeous with walking paths and gardens, canals and roman walls. The accomodation is 3 levels on the ground floor a lovely entry to hang coats/shoes etc and a beautiful dining area over the cobblestone pathway, the kitchen is generously stocked with loads of coffee and everything you need just like you would have at home and unlike many holiday rentals. Also on the ground floor is a toilet room and large perfectly equipped laundry which we appreciated and even a separate freezer, The accomodation is modern but retains all of the charm that matches the town, the neighbourhood is very old some home displaying dates of medieval origin. The next level is the lounge area, tv and balcony and large gorgeous resort style bathroom with amazing bath and big open windows to the fresh air and the bird life. The balcony at the front of the townhouse overlooks the trees , old properties and you can people watch as you enjoy a coffee, we loved this every day. The top level is the 2 bedrooms the steps are old style, the depth of the steps is probably not enough for most feet so take care. Lovely upstairs again the loft style windows , fans available for cooling. The hosts were very generous thank you to them for making our stay special, wifi excellent. Good lighting throughout. Very quiet location. Dont miss the sunday antique fair look it up its amazing.

    In quiet village with plenty of parking. Room and en suite newly fitted out and pristine although our twin room may cause a very tall person a problem because of sloping ceiling. Friendly owner who cooks food in the excellent atmospheric restaurant across the road from the hotel. Upmarket meals are good value but check opening days on website. Breakfast was also 1st class.

    Very welcoming and great host. Very good breakfast and there was a possibility to buy some local products as well. The room was big enough for the three of us and the night was quiet. The TV had also a good selection of channels and there were free parking on site.
