I really liked the warm and kind approach of Ms. Schuster as a property owner and manager. She has managed the hotel the way you expect from a family-run property. Besides, the location is excellent with an amazing view of the mountains, it´s close if you want to hike in the mountains, and especially if you plan the hike to the Hochschwab. If you look for that, I definitely recommend you to stay there.

We were very happy with the apartment. Check in and check out was smooth, rooms were clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything we might need, parking was easy. The location was great, short walk from the train station as well as the cable car to the Gemeindealpe. Also we’ve loved the cats!!!

Very clean, very comfortable, very cute and instagrammable apartment! Once we had a trouble with WIFI, the host reacted very quickly. In less than one hour we got the WIFI back. We are very pleased with this. The apartment is located very central, near the cathedral, Bürgeralpe, and also near the bus station where we also did a day excursion to Gemeindealpe.

The rooms have duvets filled with alpaca wool, which are incredibly soft and lightweight. Breakfast has a warm, homely feel – in the best possible way. We spent 2 nights at the apartment and it was P.E.R.F.EC.T. The flat is very modern, it was really clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equiped, the bed is really cosy. It looks like just as on the pictures. The location is excellent, grocery shops, skiing and hiking opportunities can be quickly reached. The host was very nice, we could communicate easily.

Turnau is a very small village, so if you want peace and quiet, this is a perfect place. The little cottage we had was perfect, cozy, comfortable and warm, but it was equipped with everything needed (coffee machine, tv, fridge, cooking appliances). The whole inn had quite a traditional vibe, which I really liked, because I felt very taken care of. The breakfast is continental (so pastries and hams + soft boiled eggs) and it was really delicious. Everything was perfect!
