Loved EVERYTHING about Coolnest - staff was so Nice, helpful, cheerful, efficient and professional yet highly personable. The owner even engaged in a wine tasting with his guests and discussed his inspiration for the hotel. The hotel itself and the facilities are top notch, the decor was very cool and so we done, every detail done well and the all the areas from the reception area, the breakfast area, the roof top bar and restaurant, the pool the gym and yoga rooms were done so well. Not to mention the rooms that were functionally laid out perfectly with million dollar views of the zitteral valley. And did I mention all the free activities - hiking, biking, yoga, wine tasting, etc that comes free.

We would like to thanks all the staff from MalisGartern for their professional approach, especially the Calvin who was very helpful, kind and always ready to assist. Also big thanks to Anton, and also Judy our guide for hiking. She is very big professional and kind person. We spent a very nice day hiking in Tirol Alps. Also big thanks to Simone from the bar, she is big professional bartender and always prepare tasty drinks for us. The environment of the hotel is very quiet, which suits for us very well as we were looking for relax. The pool, Spa and garden were amazing and our jacuzzi on the balcony was the cherry on the top :) We would like to fully recommend this hotel and definitely will come back!

    Apart Stiegler has superb location for the Hochzillertal lifts car park. The apartment is brand new, modern and very cosy. Has everything from the Nespresso coffee machine to a dishwasher, lovely dining area, comfortable beds and plenty of storage space even in the bathroom. The ski room has a boot dryer and trays for dry skis.

    Apartment is in the familly house in Stumm. Location is excellent. Zillertal ski area very close. Other ski areas 10-20 min close. A lot of ski options. Kind hosts, comfortable and clean appartment. Parking in front of the house. Really enjoyed it, would reccomend it gladly.

    Perfectly equipped apartment (microwave, oven, plenty of pots and cups, 2 coffee machines, kettle, teapot, many games...). Apartment is very spacious (enough storage space for all our stuff), nicely regulated underfloor heating, very comfortable bed, private parking, terrace and large garden. The owner gave us a warm welcome. We definitely want to come again.

    Great location. Almost next to Hochzillertal-Hochfugen ski area. Only 5 mins drive to Zillertal Arena, and 14 mins drive to Horbergbahn (Mountopolis). Apartment is clean and spacious. Has everything what you need during your stay. Friendly and communicative host. Ski room & Wifi available as well as parking. Possibility to buy local products (cheese, milk bread and so on ..) in the small shop near by.

    Spacious and nicely decorated, modern, renovated apartment for 2+2 kids, we felt good inside, comfortable beds, warm, ski boots heater installed, super close to skiing lift 2 min by car, parking place right in front, owner welcomed us warmly the first day, we had no issues during the stay. it is quiet but also close walking distance to city center, and its commodoties like bakery, we recommend this nice place!
