The apartment was absolutely perfect! It was huge and super comfortable, with two bedrooms and a separate bathroom, so there was plenty of space for five people to spread out. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher and all the coffee and tea making facilities you could possibly need. Everything is so nice, new and clean. The staff were so kind and helpful with everything, I can't speak highly enough of them. The pool and sauna were absolutely amazing after a long trip! Breakfast was an amazing buffet, with something for everyone!

We had the most fantastic stay at Haven Mountain Retreat. The staff exceeded our expectations with their warm and attentive service. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to start our days. The pool and spa, set against the backdrop of that breathtaking view, were simply wonderful. Our dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, with delicious cuisine and impeccable service. What made our stay truly special was the unexpected room upgrade we received. The room was not only spacious and comfortable but also offered a stunning view that took our breath away. Our stay was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the outstanding staff, delightful breakfast, incredible pool and spa, exquisite dining, and the generous room upgrade. We drove past on arrival and missed the apartment, but the host was very quick to answer messages, so we were soon in the right location. We had brought food with us for this one and the apartment had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Our host was so friendly and showed us round and then left us alone, I think she lives in the apartment next door. We walked about fifteen minutes to a restaurant that just did snacks, clearly the rules about smoking inside didn't seem to apply at the location, but the landlords (as it was more a pub really) were lovely and the location was beautiful, as was the walk to get there and the sun setting over the mountains on the way back. The rooms were comfortable with a nice shower and facilities for washing clothes, a must when travelling for a month. The bed was nice and comfy and the are was so lovely and quiet.

The location is excellent. The room is large, very clean, and well equipped. Lots of free parking spaces (with places for electric charging) The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The staff is kind, charming, ready to help at any moment. A variety of free activities: for adults there is a gym, swimming pools, sauna, soccer field and more... The highlight of the place is, in our opinion, the great activities for children, whether in the art craft in the children's club or in the play halls (bowling, ping pong, slides and more...) or in the hotel's indoor pool which has 3 water slides.

The view was excellent and it was really worth it going up there. The room was clean, the bathroom had modern equipment and we were impressed by the quality of the craftsmanship of the interior finish and furniture. We enjoyed the silence of the place. Our host was very kind and helpful and she was flexible enough to leave us a key and all the information we needed printed, because we arrived after the check in hours. The breakfast was delicious and very attentively prepared. We are looking forward to come back here!
