Due to a technical issue, our room wasn’t available upon arrival, but we were kindly given a wonderful upgrade instead. As always, everything was excellent. We had a family room, and it was big, comfortable, well equipped. The host and the whole staff were very friendly. The hotel is just 3 minutes drive from the spa.
