A Perfect Alpine Escape – 100% Hassle-Free! Our stay at the Chaletdorf was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first enquiry, the communication was fast, friendly, and professional. Every question we had was answered promptly and in detail — truly five-star service even before arrival! The accommodation itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the spacious terrace offered breathtaking views — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The online check-in process was incredibly convenient and saved us time upon arrival. We also appreciated that the city tax could be paid directly by card when the host visited — no paperwork or extra steps. The practical door code system was a thoughtful touch, especially for families or groups — no stress about losing keys! Location-wise, it’s a dream: nestled between serene lakes and majestic mountains, with endless possibilities for activities in all weather. It was very modern apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and toilet and another toliet. Big kintchen and living room. Everything totaly new, well designed and clean Owner has contact me before per whatsapp and I like this very much .....this make me feel that we are very welcome.     The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was diverse and well presented. Their home made jams are also very delicious. There is a fridge downstairs where you could put your self bought lunch and drinks( shop is just around the corner) or you could buy a cold drink from their fridge. There is a private beach and access to the lake just around the back at short walking distance. We were there for the European bike week and the hotel offered secure,sheltered and locked, parking for our bikes.

    Breakfast was simple, but tasty. The owners are very friendly and good people and were always helpful. The whole atmosphere is very cosy and rooms are clean. The beach is close (a few minutes walk) and they have their own storage room, where you can get deckchairs for free. Which is very convenient. You can park for free and the owners even let us extend our parking after check out. We would recommend the stay here.

    Very nice location directly by the lake with private beach. Owners very friendly, breakfast very good with lots of options. Big balcony with table and chairs even dry when raining. Carparking easy, would definitely stay again
