We had an amazing time in this beautiful hotel. The location was inside the mountains and the river. Our room had a breathtaking view and everything was so clean and beautiful organized. The restaurant had delicious dishes with a traditional taste of Armenia just like our breakfast.

We stayed at NOY Guest House B&B for a night. The friendly owner creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making you feel right at ease. The rooms are spacious and spotless, offering a haven of relaxation after a day of sightseeing. A big plus for us was the convenient location. We could easily reach grocery stores on foot, ensuring we had everything we needed. The owner also went above and beyond, recommending excellent local restaurant. Additionally, ample parking space was available, giving us peace of mind about our vehicle. Overall, NOY Guest House B&B exceeded our expectations. I had the whole place for myself, so an optimal experience. It is like an apartment in the first floor, with 2 rooms, one with a bunkbed , and the other with the double bed and an extra single. So a maximum of 5 people. All super clean. WIFI great. Toilet clean. Great common area with a TV with satellite. Microwave. Not really for cooking unless you use the MW. Host was friendly, and reachable by Whatsapp if anything happens. Great stay I had. For me, 10/10

One of those rare places I would definitely return to! The rooms were cozy and exceptionally clean, the hospitality was warm and genuine, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. The view from the window and balcony opened up to a breathtaking forest landscape, with fresh, clean air all around. The area was spacious and perfect for unwinding. And a special mention goes to Mrs. Armine’s homemade breakfast – simply the best! A truly wonderful place for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended!
