A big thank you to the whole family for their warm welcome: to Artyom’s father, who drove us up in his 4x4, giving us an amazing experience on those winding roads, always with good humor and a smile; and to Artyom and his wife for the delicious dinner and the wonderful visit to Smbataberd. We are a family of four, we have 2 young daughters. They felt right at home. The place was spacious, spotlessly cleand, but the best asset are it's owners for sure. We met erlerly couple and their son and everyone was really nice and welcoming. More than than, they made us feel like family. The dinner they prepared for us was sooo good. Everything was so fresh and home made. Our little picky eaters stated that the chicken was the best barbeque chicken we had in whole Armenia. If you want a place that feels like home, Legend guesthouse is the right accomodation for you.

Location is great with excellent views over the mountains. The pool was a good refresher after a long and dusty day. Nice restaurant and good breakfast.

In general, perfectly designed. In my bathroom there was a wall with stones that were covered with green plant (moss?) which looked extremely fresh and made it feel even more close to nature (oops, didn’t take a pic). Breakfast and dinner were amazing, all fresh and tasty. If you go to Yeghegis specifically for animal watching and birdwatching, ask the host to give the tips and maybe even help early morning 6am - they are all in the big rock in front of the hotel area. Was great for my guests - they complained that we didn’t stay there for more nights 😅
