This is not just a hotel, but a place with a soul. The owner is an incredibly sincere person with a wonderful attitude, making you feel like a truly special guest. The atmosphere is unforgettable, and the service is top-notch. The restaurant offers exceptionally delicious cuisine! I would especially like to mention Goni and Joti – their service was a pleasant surprise; they create real comfort and set the perfect mood during dinner. Breakfast is also very tasty, and the waiter who served it was extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel is in a great location – just a 3-minute walk to the sea, with a supermarket nearby. Here you truly feel cared for and surrounded by a special atmosphere. It was a vacation that will stay in your heart.

In a quieter area but close to restaurants and one of the beaches is only 2 min walk away. Brand new hotel. Everything very clean and well kept. Very nice breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff. Pool big enough to do some lengths from 10-19:00.

We spent three unforgettable weeks at this beautiful family-run villa and truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The service was excellent, and the warmth and friendliness of the staff made our stay more special. The location is ideal, just a short 15 minute walk to the beach and within easy reach of all local amenities. One of the highlights is the little on-site grocery shop, which is very affordable and stocked with the essentials, from fresh food to household supplies. Our studio was comfortable and well equipped, featuring a stunning balcony with breathtaking views of both Butrint Lake and sea. Laundry service is also available upon request, which was a great convenience during our longer stay. Without any doubt I’ll be booking here again on my next visit to Ksamil. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located, and genuinely welcoming place to stay!
