But most of all, the hospitality of the staff is over the roof, absolutely exceptional service and kindness, words can't express how much we have been taken care of. Really grateful for all the kindness.

Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a lift and free shuttle service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The ryokan features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Beautiful views and kind staff. We only stayed for one night with dinner and breakfast included. I wish we could have stayed longer. Kamenoi Hotel will be my at the top of my list next time we visit Ise and Toba.
