We loved the rooftop bar with the complimentary drinks as well as the complimentary coffee and ice cream available in the lobby. The staff was very helpful to help us send our luggage to our next hotel.

This was the highlight of the Japanese trip for us! Quite a few locals at the place as well which is always nice. I did a lot of research to find a ryokan that had a private onsen in the room as well as a lovely ground outdoor one for private booking and this one ticked all the boxes! So lucky I found this place! Food in the private dining was also lovely. It really felt like a proper 5 star experience so it was well worth the cost. The shuttle pick up was also extremely punctual and convenient.
