This was the highlight of the Japanese trip for us! Quite a few locals at the place as well which is always nice. I did a lot of research to find a ryokan that had a private onsen in the room as well as a lovely ground outdoor one for private booking and this one ticked all the boxes! So lucky I found this place! Food in the private dining was also lovely. It really felt like a proper 5 star experience so it was well worth the cost. The shuttle pick up was also extremely punctual and convenient.
