It's all the small things that count. Perfect location, just few minutes walk from station.

The yukatas were very pretty and comfortable, not to mention fun to wear :) The staff were very friendly and helpful all the time! We were very happy to enjoy a beautiful private open air onsen, it was a very memorable experience!

The accommodation itself is very nice and well equipped, and the staff is very nice, I would love to come back to this paradise!

Minshuku Takizawa provides a hot spring bath and free private parking, and is within 29 km of Kamikochi and 30 km of Kappa Bridge. With an open-air bath, the 3-star ryokan has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a shared bathroom. The ryokan features mountain views and a picnic area. Hotspring options are great. Indoors or outdoors and all options are private. It was not very busy when I was there but I'm sure it gets very busy seasonally
