This was our second time here! It was a great stay as before! The hotel is beautifully decorated, very cosy and comfortable. The staff is friendly and polite. True to their name, really super hotel. Staff are very helpful and professional, the room was comfortable, food was excellent, and the onsen added a lot to the already quite pleasant experience. Nice location as well, with easy access to Osaka Station.
